Kesophane is mainly used for packaging purposes. The main advantage of Kesophane vis a vis its substitutes is that it is of much superior quality. Also it sticks on its own w/o the use of adhesives. Kesophane can also be twisted much easily as compared to its substitutes. Application includes packaging, cracker making etc.
